Hello & welcome to SuthrnPrincess Tuts. I am so excited that you stopped in to see what I have made with the gorgeous tubes and fabby kits that are out there. You will find FTU & PTU kits as well as FTU & PTU Tubes are used in my tutorials. If you run into a problem on a tut please feel free to email me and I will help if I can. My use of a FTU tube does not give you permission to use it. I have obtained permission either from the artist themselves or through a group to use their artwork. You need to personally contact them to obtain permission before using.

Supplies:
Tube of Choice. I used a wonderful tube by the very talented Elias Chatzoudis available at his store
PTU Kit Boo-ful Spooks by Stina (Designs by Stina)
Plug Ins: EyeCandy 5-Gradient Glow
Font of choice: I used Wellsley



Lets get started:
Open a new 700x700 image (will refer to it as canvas from time to time)
Paste Frame 1 Image> Resize by 85% making sure that all layers is not checked
Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow> Vertical 3, Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Color black
Paste Paper 2 and resize by 80%. Drag the paper layer under the frame layer.
Select frame layer. Using your magic wand click inside the frame. Selections> Modify> Expandy by 12. Selections> Invert select paper layer and hit the delete key on your Keyboard. Selections> Select None
Paste tube of choice to canvas and position as desired.
Select frame layer. Using your magic wand click inside the frame. Selections> Modify> Expandy by 12. Selections> Invert select tube layer and hit the delete key on your Keyboard. Selections> Select None.
Drop Shadow tube layer changing only the opacity of the first setting to 70.
Paste Broom 2. Image> Flip. Image> Resize by 75%. Move to the right side of the frame and drag the layer above the frame layer.
Paste Hat 2 and resize 50%. Image> Mirror. Resize once more this time by 75%. Position over the bottom of the broom handle.
Paste Moon and resize by 35%. Drag the moon layer to where it is the bottom layer and position to the top left.
Add drop shadow to the broom and hat using the first settings.
Paste Cauldron and resize by 35%. Place the cauldron to the bottom left of the frame and shadow.
Paste Bat 2 and resize by 25% place above the moon and rotate slightly with your Pick Tool
Paste Bat 1 and resize by 15%. Place above the frame then rotate slightly with your pick tool like with bat 2. See example for reference.
Change the opacity of both bats to 72
Merge Visible
Image> Canvas Size> 650x620 and hit okay. If it causes the tag to shift off canvas simply move it back with your Pick Tool
Image> Resize to 600x 572
Add Copyright
Add name with font of choice. I used Wellsley size 100 Kerning-33 color #f68021
Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise> Gaussian 75 Monochrome checked
Effects> Plug Ins> Eye Candy 5> Impact> Gradient Glow> Glow type Outside, Mask Selection selected, Glow Radius 5, Soften Corners 8, Overall Opacity 100, Distortion Amount 0, Distortion Lump Size 7, Gradient Smoothness 100, Color black
Merge Visible
Save as PNG
