Hello & welcome to SuthrnPrincess Tuts. I am so excited that you stopped in to see what I have made with the gorgeous tubes and fabby kits that are out there. You will find FTU & PTU kits as well as FTU & PTU Tubes are used in my tutorials. If you run into a problem on a tut please feel free to email me and I will help if I can. My use of a FTU tube does not give you permission to use it. I have obtained permission either from the artist themselves or through a group to use their artwork. You need to personally contact them to obtain permission before using.

Supplies:
 
PTU kit EC Artist Series-03 by Pimp'd Designz availabe at Pimp My Tags W/ Scraps.
 
Tube of choice. I used Elias Chatzoudis available at his store.
 
Mask 4 by Tonya on the Creative Misfits blog posted 9-8-11.
 
Fonts of choice I used Arial and Shardee.
 
 
 
 
 
Let's Get Started:
 
Open a new 700 by 700 image.
 
Paste frame02.
 
Paste pp-02. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag behind the frame. Position in the frame.
 
Select the frame. Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.
 
Paste tube of choice. Position in the frame as desired. Drop shadow vertical 3, horizontal 3, opacity 75, blur 7, color black. Duplicate and drag under the frame. Select the top tube layer. Erase the bottom of the tube that is over the frame.
 
Merge Visible.
 
Duplicate. Image> Resize to 90%. Image> Free Rotate to the right 20 degrees. Drag to the bottom. Position to the right of the top frame. Duplicate. Image> Mirror.
 
Paste ribbon-03. Drop shadow same settings as the frame. Position at the bottom of the big frame.
 
Paste shoe-01. Drag to the top layer. Image> Resize to 50%. Drop shadow same settings. Image> Free Rotate right 20 degrees. Position at the bottom right of the big frame.
 
Paste staple. Image> Resize to 85%. Position at the top right of the top frame where it is over the right frame as well. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Reposition if desired.
 
Paste flower-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Position at the bottom left of the top frame.
 
Drop shadow same settings.
 
Paste flower-02. Image> Resize 65%. Position over flower-01 and slightly to the left.
 
Drop shadow same settings.
 
Paste flower-03. Drag to the bottom layer. Position at the top left of the frames. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Select the left flower. Duplicate. Reposition with pick tool in the center behind the top frame.
 
Open mask in psp.
 
Return to tag and create a new Raster layer.
 
Flood Fill layer with color #e96b90.
 
Layers> New Mask Layer> From Inage: find mask name in source window source luminance selected deselect Invert Mask.
 
Merge group.
 
Duplicate.
 
Lower duplicate opacity to 50%.
 
Merge visible.
 
Image> Resize to 650 x 650.
 
Add copyright.
 
Add name. For the first letter I used Arial size 90 bold same color as flood fill. For the remainder of the name I used Shardee size 60 bold same color.
 
Merge text layers together.
 
Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20 monochrome checked.
 
Drop shadow vertical 3, horizontal 3, opacity 75, blur 7, color black.
 
Merge visible.
 
Save as PNG.
