Irish Beauty PTU

Supplies:
PTU kit Shake Your Shamrocks by Black Widow Creationz available at Scraps & the City.
Tube of choice. I used Gary Rudisill available at Scraps & the City.
Mask of Choice. I used Sue's #5 mask available on the Creative Misfit Creations Blog.
PlugIs: Xero- Porcelain.
Font of choice. I used Dobkin and Celtic Knots.
Let's Get Started:
Open a new 700 by 700 image.
Paste EL34. Image> Resize to 75%.
Paste pp8. Image> resize to 75%. Drag behind the frame. Select the frame. Click inside of the frame with the wand tool. Use free hand to select the clovers on the inside of the frame. Selections> modify> Expand by 10. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.
Paste tube. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the frame.
Effects> PlugIns> Xero- Porcelain: Softness 50, Strength 128, Brightness 128, Red Channel 0, Green Channel 0, Blue channel 255.
Duplicate.
Change the blend mode to Luminance(L).
Merge down.
Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 40, blur 5, color black.
Duplicate.
Drag above the paper layer. Select the paper layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Select the bottom tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.
Select the top tube and erase leg area that is over the bottom of the frame.
Select the frame. Drop shadow the frame same settings.
Create your own saying using font of choice. I used Celtic Knot font size 125 Bold color #038602 to add "Irish Beauty" to the tag.
Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20.
Drop shadow changing the opacity to 75 and the blur to 3.
Paste EL29. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag behind the wordart. Position at the bottom of the frame.
Drop shadow changing the opacity to 30 and the blur to 5.
Paste EL42. Image> Resize to 50. Position over the end of the wordart you created.
Drop shadow same settings.
Paste EL19. Drag above the top tube layer. Position at the bottom.
Drop shadow changing opacity to 30.
Paste EL14. Image> Resize to 65%. Position to the left.
Drop shadow same settings.
Merge visible.
Recenter in the canvas.
Create a new taster layer.
Flood Fill the new raster layer with color #038602.
Open the mask in psp.
Select the tag making sure to be on the flood fill layer. Layers> New Mask Layer> From Image> find the image name in the drop down source window, source luminance selected, Invert mask layer deselected.
Merge group.
Resize mask layer to 90%.
Merge visible.
Image> Canvas Size 635 width by 650 height.
Recenter.
Image> Resize 607 width by 650 height.
Add copyright.
Add name with font of choice. I used Dobkin size 72 color #45c266.
Add noise same as before.
Drop shadow changing the opacity to 100 and the blur to 3.
Merge visible.
Save as PNG.
