Font of choice. I used Base4.

 

 

 

 

 

Let's Get Started:

 

Open a new 700 by 700 image.

 

Paste Frame-Notebook-Triple.

 

Paste PinkedPaper2. Image>Resize to 90%. Drag below the frame layer. Select the frame layer. Click inside of the frame with the wand tool. Selections> Modify> Expand by 4. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Paste tube of choice. Position in the frame as desired. Select the paper layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Select the frame layer.

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

 

Paste PinkedCircleofPearls. Drag below the paper layer. Position as desired behind the frame.

 

Paste PinkedSparkles_Pinky. Drag below the frame layer. Position as desired. Select the paper layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the sparkle layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Lower opacity to 50%.

 

Paste PinkedFlower. Drag below the paper layer. Position top left of the frames. Duplicate. Image>Mirror. Image>Flip. Position at the bottom right of the frame.

 

Drop shadow both flowers same settings.

 

Paste PinkedDottyDoodle. Drag below flowers. Position top left.

 

Paste PinkedCD. Image>Resize to 85%. Drag to the top layer. Position to the bottom left.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste PinkedMesh. Image>Resize to 50%. Drag below flowers. Position at the top left.

 

Paste PinkedLippy. Image>Resize to 50%. Drag to the top. Position to the right of the CD.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste PinkedRibbonBow. Position top right of the frames.

 

Paste PinkedString. Image>Resize to 85%. Drag below the flowers layer. Position at the bottom of the frame. Erase the left end.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste PinkedSequinBag. Image>Resize to 50%. Drag above the CD layer. Position behind the lipstick.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste PinkedScatter_Hearts. Drag above Pearl Circle.

 

Merge visible.

 

Image> Canvas Size: 600 by 600.

 

Recenter with pick tool.

 

Add copyright.

 

Add name with font of choice. I used Base4 size 65 Bold color #bf5694.

 

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 25 monochrome checked.

 

Drop shadow: vertical 3, horizontal 3, opacity 75, blur 7, color black.

 

Merge visible.

 

Save as PNG.
