Supplies:

 

PTU Kit Starry Night by Pimp'd Designz available at Pimp My Tags With Scraps.

 

Tube of choice. I used Dean Yeagle available at Creative Design Outlet.

 

Font of choice. I used Carlotta.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Let's Get Started:

 

Open a new 700 by 700 image.

 

Paste frame-01. Image> Resize to 85%.

 

Paste pp-06. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag behind the frame layer. Use your selection tool to draw a rectangle that covers the middle of each side of the frame. Just clicking with your wand to select the inside of the frame will not work with this frame as it is open at the bottom. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer (if you have not already). Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Paste tube. Position in frame as desired.

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

 

Duplicate the tube. Drag duplicate above the frame layer. Erase the bottom, butt, and pillow that are over the frame. Select the bottom tube layer. Erase the parts of the bottom tube layer visible out of the frame.

 

Paste wa-01. Drag above top tube layer. Position at the bottom of the frame.

 

Paste star-03. Drag to the bottom.

 

Paste print-05. Drag to the bottom.

 

Paste cloud-01. Position towards the bottom.

 

Lower the cloud layer opacity to 80%.

 

Paste sheep. Image>Resize to 35%. Drag behind the wa layer. Position to the left.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste feathers. Drag behind paper.

 

Paste fishing-pole. Drag behind the sheep layer. Position behind the sheep.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste wa-05. Image>Resize to 65%. Position below the frame.

 

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 15 monochrome checked.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Select the frame layer.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Merge visible.

 

Image> Canvas Size: 662 width by 555 height.

 

Recenter with pick tool.

 

Image>Resize to 650 width by 545 height.

 

Add copyright.

 

Add name with font of choice. I used Carlotta size 60 color black.

 

Drop shadow: vertical 3, horizontal 3, opacity 75, blur 5, color black.

 

Merge visible.

 

Save as PNG.
