Tube of choice. I used an Exclusive tube from Pics For Design.

 

Template 25 by Debs Scrap Designs avaiable on the Creative Misfits blog (posted 9-6-09).

 

Font of choice. I used Aida Scrap Rounded.

 

 

 

 

 

Let's Get Started:

 

Open template in PSP.

 

Shift + D.

 

Close original template.

 

Delete Raster 1.

 

Image> Canvas Size: 650 width by 650 height.

 

Merge Copy of Merged down with Merged below it (the 2 star layers together).

 

Paper10. Image>Resize to 70%. Drag above the dotted lines layer. Select dotted lines layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Delete the dotted lines layer.

 

Paper09. Image>Resize to 70%. Drag above the stars layer. Select stars layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the stars layer.

 

Paper07. Image>Resize to 70%. Drag above the pink bar layer. Select pink bar layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the pink bar layer.

 

Paper05. Image>Resize to 70%. Drag above the top layer. Select wordart layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the wordart layer.

 

Paper04. Image>Resize to 70%. Drag above the square layer. Select square layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the square layer.

 

Select the dotted lines layer.

 

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 monochrome checked.

 

Select the wordart layer.

 

Add Noise same settings.

 

Select the stars layer.

 

Add noise changing noise to 50.

 

Paste tube. Drag above the square layer. Position above the square as desired.

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

 

Select the square layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

 

Merge down.

 

Paste tube again. Image>Resize to 25%. Position to the left of the square. Duplicate. Drag to the top layer. Erase the part of the top tube over the bottom bar.

 

Select the bottom tube and drop shadow the same settings.

 

Drop shadow all of the other layers except the top tube.

 

Paste tiara. Image>Resize to 65%. Drag to the top layer. Position at the bottom right of the bottom bar.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste swirl02. Drag to the bottom.

 

Paste pillow. Image>Resize to 25%. Drag below the tiara layer. Position behind the tiara.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste glittertrail. Image>Resize to 65%. Drag below the square layer. Position at the bottom.

 

Paste flower14. Image>Resize to 65%. Position at the top right.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste flowercluster03. Image>Resize to 50%. Drag behind the pillow layer. Position behind the pillow.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste curledribbon03. Image>Free Rotate to the Right 90 degrees. Drag behind the square layer. Position at the bottom.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste branchtree. Image>Mirror. Position to the left. Erase the bottom.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste bird. Image>Resize to 25%. Drag to the top. Position at the top right.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Merge visible.

 

Image> Canvas Size to 650 width by 550 height.

 

Recenter with pick tool.

 

Add copyright.

 

Add name with font of choice. I used Aida Scrap Rounded size 48 Bold Color #143349.

 

Add noise same settings.

 

Drop shadow vertical 3, horizontal 3, opacity 75, blur 6, color black.

 

Merge visible.

 

Save as PNG.
