Supplies:

 

PTU Kit Pumpkin by Designs by Sarah available at Pimp My Tags W/ Scraps.

 

Tube of choice. I used an Exclusive tube from Pics For Design.

 

Font of choice. I used Arsle Gothic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Let's Get Started:

 

Open a new 700 by 700 image.

 

Paste frame-03. Position at the bottom of the canvas.

 

Paste pp8. Drag below the frame layer. Select the frame layer. Click inside all three frames with the wand tool. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Paste Close-up. Image>Resize to 85%. Position in the left frame (black frame). Select the frame layer. Click inside the black frame layer with wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer, duplicate and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

 

Merge down.

 

Mirror the duplicate layer.  Position in the left frame (purple frame). Select the frame layer. Click inside the purple frame layer with wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

 

Merge down.

 

Paste full tube. Duplicate. Hide 1 layer. Image> Resize visible tube to 85%. Position in the middle frame. Select the frame layer. Click inside the middle frame layer with wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer, duplicate and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

 

Merge down.

 

Unhide tube. Image>Resize to 60%. Drag to the bottom layer. Position behind the frames.

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

 

Drop shadow frame the same settings.

 

Paste vine2. Drag to the bottom layer. Position behind the frame.

 

Paste smear2. Drag to the bottom layer. Position behind the frame.

 

Paste cupcake3. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag to the top layer. Position at the bottom right of the frames.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste spider. Position over the frames.

 

Lower opacity to 20%.

 

Paste candy2. Image>Resize to 35%. Drag to the top layer. Position at the bottom left of the cupcake.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste candy1. Image>Resize to 25%. Position at the bottom of candy 2.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste pumpkin. Image>Resize to 40%. Position towards the bottom left.

 

Merge visible.

 

Image>Resize to 650 by 650.

 

Add copyright.

 

Add name with font of choice. I used Arsle Gothic size 72 bold color #8ab900.

 

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 30 monochrome checked.

 

Drop shadow: vertical 3, horizontal 3, opacity 75, blur 7, color black.

 

Merge visible.

 

Save as PNG.
