Font of choice I used Baby Boston.

 

 

 

 

 

Let's Get Started:

 

Open template in psp.

 

Shift + D.

 

Close the original.

 

Delete Raster 1 & 6.

 

Image> Resize to 650 width by 457 height.

 

Paste Paper7. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above Raster 2. Select Raster 2. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Delete Raster 2.

 

Merge Raster 5 and Copy of Raster 5.

 

Paste Paper8. Image> Resize to 70%. Select Raster 5. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete Raster 5.

 

Merge Raster 3 and Copy of Raster 3.

Paste Paper6. Image> Resize to 85%. Select Raster 3. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete Raster 3.

 

Paste Paper5. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag to the top layer. Select Raster 4. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete Raster 4.

 

Select the top layer. Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 monochrome checked.

 

Paste tube. Duplicate. Hide one layer. Drag the visible layer over the bottom layer. Position in the rectangle as desired. Select the rectangle layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

 

Merge down.

 

Unhide tube layer. Drag above the big stars layer. Image> Resize to 35%. Image> Mirror. Position at the right of the rectangle.

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 5, blur 5, color black.

 

Pate Ribbon1. Image> Flip. Position at the bottom. Drag to the bottom layer.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste Glittersplats. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag to the bottom layer. Position at the bottom right. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip.

 

Paste Column. Image> Resize to 45%. Drag to the top layer. Position on the left.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste Cat. Image> Resize to 45%. Position at the bottom of the column.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste Sparkles. Drag above the rectangle. Select the rectangle. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the sparkles layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Change the blend mode to Overlay.

 

Lower opacity to 50%.

 

Paste Lipstick. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag below the cat layer. Position to the left of the cat.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste Rose2. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag under the rectangle layer and position at the top left.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Drop shadow the stars layers and the rectangle layer.

 

Merge visible.

 

Add copyright.

 

Add name with font of choice. I used Baby Boston size 48 color #38c2c2.

 

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 15 monochrome checked.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Merge visible.

 

Save as PNG.
