PTU kit Again Christmas by Schnegge available at Pimp My Tags With Scraps.

 

Tube of choice. I used an Anna Marine tube. Her work is available at Creative Design Outlet.

 

Font of choice. I used Berlin Sans FB.

 

Eye Candy5 - Gradient Glow.

 

 

 

 

 

Let's Get Started:

 

Open the template in psp.

 

Shift + D.

 

Close the original.

 

Delete the copyright and bkg layers.

 

Merge rect fill 1, 2, and 3 together.

 

Paste p11. Image>Resize to 85%. Select rect fill 1. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Delete the rect fill 1 layer.

 

Paste p10. Image>Resize to 75%. Drag above the Lg rect fill layer. Select Lg rect fill. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the Lg rect fill layer.

 

Merge rect outline 3, 2, and 1 together.

 

Paste p05. Image>Resize to 90%. Select rect outline 1. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 50 monochrome checked.

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Delete the rect outline 1 layer.

 

Merge snowflake 1, 2, and 3 togther.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste p06. Image>Resize to 75%. Drag above the Lg rect border layer. Select Lg rect border. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 80 monochrome checked.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Delete the Lg rect border layer.

 

Paste p02. Image>Resize to 75%. Drag above the gradient line layer. Select gradient line. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Adjust> Softness> Soften.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

Delete the gradient line layer.

 

Paste p14. Image>Resize to 75%. Drag to the top layer. Select let it snow text. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Add noise same settings.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

Delete the let it snow text layer.

 

Paste tube. Drag above the 3 rect layer. Position in the left rect. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Position as desired. Select 3 rect layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Change the blend mode to Luminance.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Merge down.

 

Paste tube. Image>Resize to 75%. Drag above the let it snow bkg layer. Position in the rectangle.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Merge let it snow bkg layer down.

 

Merge tube layer down.

 

Paste tree01. Image>Resize to 65%. Drag to the top layer. Position at the bottom left.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste swag02. Drag to the bottom. Position at the op right. Duplciate. Image> Mirror.

 

Drop shadow both swag same settings.

 

Paste ribbon03. Drag below the lrg rect. Position at the bottom.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Duplicate. Image> Flip.

 

Paste northpole. Image>Resize to 50%. Drag above lrg rect. Position to the left.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste heartscatter02. Image>Resize to 75%. Drag behind the tree layer. Position to the right.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste heartscatter01. Image>Resize to 85%. Drag to the bottom. Position at the bottom. Duplicate. Image> Flip.

 

Paste gift. Image>Resize to 25%. Drag to the top layer. Position to the bottom right of the tree.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Paste woodentrain. Image>Resize to 35%. Drag behind the gift layer. Position behind the gift.

 

Drop shadow same settings.

 

Merge visible.

 

Image> Canvas Size: 715 widthby 565 height.

 

Recenter with pick tool.

 

Image>Resize to 650 width by 514 height.

 

Add copyright.

 

Add name with font of choice. I used Berlin Sans FB size 48 Bold color #78050d.

 

Add Noise same settings.

 

Effects> PlugIns> EyeCandy 5: Impact- Gradient Glow

 

 

Drop shadow changing opacity to 100 and blur to 6.

 

Merge visible.

 

Save as PNG.
