Supplies:

 

PTU Kit Monstosity by Skulliez Skrapz available at Pimp My Tags With Scraps.

 

Tube of choice. I used an Exclusive tube from Pics for Design.

 

Font of choice. I used Birth of a hero.

 

 

 

 

Let's Get Started:

 

Open a new 700 by 700 image.

 

Paste frame 1.

 

Paste pp15. Image>Resize to 85%. Drag behind the frame layer. Select the frame layer. Click inside of the frame with the wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 10. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Paste tube. Position in the frame. Select the paper. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Selections> Select None.

 

Change the blend mode to Luminance(L).

 

Merge down.

 

Select the frame layer.

 

Effects> 3D Effecs> Drop shadow: vertical 2, horizotal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

 

Merge down.

 

Duplicate. Hide top layer. Select the bottom layer.

 

Effects> PlugIngs> Flaming Pear- Anaglyph Flip.

 

Effects> PlugIns> MuRa's Meister- Copies 1.3:

 

Unhide the top frame.

 

Drop shadow changing the vertical and horizontal to -2.

 

Paste tube. Image> Resize to 35%. Position to the right.

 

Drop shadow changing vertical and horizontal to 2.

 

Paste string2. Drag to the bottom. Position at the bottom of the frames. Duplicate. Image> Flip. Image> Mirror. Reposition towards the left.

 

Drop shadow both changing opacity to 35.

 

With font of choice add wording above frame. I used Turtles size 72 color #ed4e90.

 

Effects> PlugIns> EyeCandy5: Impact- Bevel:

 

 

Effects> PlugIns> EyeCandy5- Gradient Glow:

 

 

Drop shadow changing opacity to 60.

 

Paste star. Image>Resize to 65%. Drag under the wordart layer. Image>Free Rotate Left 10 degrees. Position next to and below the "L". Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Position by the "R".

 

Drop shadow changing opacity to 20.

 

Paste leaves. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag above the string layer. Position to the left. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Position to match the first.

 

Drop shadow changing the opacity to 45 (for both).

 

Paste glitter splotch 2. Drag below string layer. Position at the top left. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Duplicate (the second one). Image> Flip. Duplicate (the third one). Image> Mirror.

 

Paste glitter splotch 4. Drag to the bottom layer. Position at the top center of frame. Duplicate. Image> Flip. Image> Mirror.

 

Paste flower 3. Image> Resize to 25%. Drag above the top frame. Position at the bottom left corner of the frame. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Reposition bottom right corner to match the first one.

 

Drop shadow both changing opacity to 35.

 

Merge visible.

 

Image> Canvas Size: 700 width by 495 height.

 

Recenter with pick tool.

 

Image>Resize to 650 width by 460 height.

 

Add copyright.

 

Add name with font of choice. I used Birth of a hero size 72 Bold color #8543df.

 

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 50 monochrome checked.

 

Gradient Glow same settings.

 

Dop shadow changing the opacity to60.

 

Merge visible.

 

Save as PNG.
