Tube of choice. I used the amazing work of Tiffany Tolland-Scott available at Creative Design Outlet.

Font of choice. I used 1610 Cancellaresca.

Let's Get Started:

Open template 80 in psp.

Hold Shift and press the "d" key.

Close the original.

Delete Raster 1 & 2.

Hide word art layer 1 & 2.

Paste paper 05. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above heart layer. Select the heart layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the heart layer.

Merge Top and bottom heart together.

Paste paper 06. Image> Resize to 80%. Drag above merged heart layer. Select the merged heart layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the merged heart layer.

Paste paper 07. Image> Resize to 80%. Drag above purple rectangle layer. Select the purple rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the purple rectangle layer.

Paste paper 12. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above black circle layer. Select the black circle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the black circle layer.

Paste paper 10. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above purple square layer. Select the purple square layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the purple square layer.

Paste paper 18. Image> Resize to 75%. Duplicate. Drag one above top blue layer and one above bottom blue layer. Select the black circle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the top and bottom blue layer.

Paste tube close-up. Drag above square and position as desired. Select the square layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the close-up layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Merge close-up to square layer.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 75, blur 5, color black. Do not shadow the wordart layer.

Paste full tube. Image> Resize to 60%. Drag to top and position to the left.

While selecting the tube layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Modify> Expand by 2. Create a New Raster Layer. Using Flood Fill toom fill the selected area on the new layer with color of choice. I used #900910.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow changing opacity to 75.

Paste confetti2. Drag above bottom rectangle.  Position top right. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip. Reposition slightly if desired.

Paste confetti1. Position above the black circle. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip.

Paste barbedwire1. Drag behind bottom rectangle and position below.

Paste glitter1. Drag to bottom and position top right. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip. Reposition below tube.

Paste glitterhearts3. Drag below large heart layer and position over bottom rectangle. Lower opacity to 50%.

Paste glitter spray 2. Drag to bottom. Move to the right side of the tag and position towards the bottom slightly.

Paste wireshape. Drag to bottom layer. Position at top and use your erase tool to remove the wire on the left of the rectangle.

Duplicate wire and merge together.

Paste sparkle1. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to top layer. Position over left white confetti layer. to make it look like its sparkling. Duplicate and place over the top right white confetti. Duplicate again and position over the middle confetti. Duplicate again and position over the lower white confetti. Duplicate again and position over lower left confetti.

Paste glitterhearts1. Drag above the red top rectangle. Position in the red rectangle and stretch to fit width wise. Lower opacity to 50%.

Paste feather 3. Drag to bottom. Position at the bottom right. Duplicate. Image> Flip. Image> Mirror. Reposition at the top left.

Merge visible.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 515 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used 1610 Cancellaresca size 65 color white.

Drop shadow same as before.

Merge Visible.

Save as PNG.
