Supplies:

Tube of choice. I used the gorgeous work of Zlata_M available at Scraps & The City.

Template 8 by Wicked Princess available on her blog. (its under January 2011)

FTU Kit by Vix called No Apologies available on her blog.

PlugIns: Xero-Porcelain.

Font of choice. I used Wedding Script 2.

Let's Get Started:

Open template 8 in psp.

Hold the shift key and press the letter "D".

Close the original template.

Delete the layer titled "delete this layer".

Image> Resize to 650 x 650.

Paste tube close up. Position in the small heart as desired. Select the small heart layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> None.

Delete the small heart layer.

Paste Paper5. Drag above the rectangle 1 layer. Select the rectangle 1 layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> None.

Delete rectangle 1 layer.

Paste Paper2. Drag above the dashed lines layer. Select the dashed lines layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> None.

Delete the dashed lines layer.

Paste Paper12. Drag above the spotted circle layer. Select the spotted circle layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> None.

Delete the spotted circle layer.

Drag spotted circle layer to bottom.

Paste Paper6. Drag above the large heart layer. Select the large heart layer layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> None.

Delete the large heart layer.

Paste element 12 and drag to top layer.

Paste element 13. Drag above the spotted circle layer. Position to the bottom right of the big heart.

Paste element 5. Drag below large heart layer and position at the bottom of the heart.

Duplicate element 5.

Drag duplicate above the spotted circle layer. Position above the rectangle on the left. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Use your erase tool to remove the bottom leaf on both duplicates.

Paste element 4. Drag above stitched line. Duplicate and drag below rectangle layer.

Select the top element 4 layer. Use eraser to remove the left part of the ribbon over the rectangle.

Paste element 14. Drag above tube layer.

Paste element 11. Drag below large heart layer and position towards the bottom of the heart.

Paste element 1. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above the tube layer. Position to the right of the tag. Duplicate. Image> Mirror.

Paste tube. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag to the top layer and position to the right of the close up.

Select the closeup layer.

Effects> Photo Effects> Black & White Film: Red 10, Green 40, Blue 50, Brightness 100, Clarify 100.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Effects> PlugIns> Xero: Porcelain- Softness 50, Strength 128, Brightness 128, Red Channel 0, Green Channel 0, Blue Channel 255.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 50%, Blur 5, Color black.

Shadow the following layers: top tube, glitter heart, close up tube, large heart, wordart, top leaf layer, stitched lines, and rectangle layers.

Lower spotted circle opacity layer to 75%.

Merge Visible.

Image> Canvas Size: 650 width by 575 height. Recenter tag if needed.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Wedding Script 2 size 72 color #4c3168.

Drop shadow same as elements.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
