PTU Kit Emolicious by Tammy Kat available at Pimp My Tags W/Scraps.

Tube of choice. I used an exclusive tube from Pics For Design by Selene Vargo.

Font of choice. I used Vrinda.

Let's Get Started:

Open template in PSP.

Shift + D.

Close original template.

Delete Raster 1, I heart Goth & bg layer.

Image> Resize to 700x700. (we need room to work).

Paste tube close-up. Drag above dk grey frame layer. Image> Mirror. Position as desired in the dk grey frame. Select the dk grey frame layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the dk grey frame layer.

Paste text paper. Drag above lt grey frame bg layer. Image> Resize to 75%. Select the lt grey frame bg layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete teh lt grey frame bg layer.

Merge the 3 square layers together.

Use your wand tool to click inside of the black frame area on each square. Selections> Promote Selections To Layer.

Selections> Select None.

Paste grungy paper 1. Drag above black frame layer (bottom). Select the black frame layer (bottom). Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the black frame layer.

Paste dotpaperwhite. Drag above black frame (rounded rectangle) layer. Image> Resize to 75%. Select the black frame (rounded rectangle) layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete black frame (rounded rectangle) layer.

Paste paperpink2. Drag above promoted layer. Image> Resize to 50%. Select the promoted layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the promoted layer.

Paste pinkpaper1. Drag above square 3 layer. Image> Resize to 75%. Select the square 3 bg layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the square 3 layer.

Paste dotpaperpink. Drag above skinny black line layer. Image> Resize to 75%. Select the skinny black line layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the skinny black line layer.

Paste tube.

Effects> Photo Effects> Black & White Film: Red 10%, Green 40%, Blue 50%, Brightness 100, Clarify 100.

Duplicate & hide layer.

Select the visible tube layer. Drag above the 3 square paper layer. Position heart on cheek in right square.

Select the 3 square frame layer. Using wand tool click inside of the right square frame. Selections> Modify> Expandy by 3. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> None. Change blend mode to Luminance(L). Merge to paper layer.

Duplicate hidden tube layer and unhide one of the layers.

Select the visible tube layer. Drag above the 3 square paper layer. Position right eye in middle square.

Select the 3 square frame layer. Using wand tool click inside of the middle square frame. Selections> Modify> Expandy by 3. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> None. Change blend mode to Luminance(L). Merge to paper layer.

Unhide 3rd duplicate.

Drag above the 3 square paper layer. Position left eye in the left square.

Select the 3 square frame layer. Using wand tool click inside of the left square frame. Selections> Modify> Expandy by 3. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> None. Change blend mode to Luminance(L). Merge to paper layer.

Select the white frame layer. Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Repeat with pink frames. Shadow again changing vertical and horizontal to -2.

Duplicate the big tube layer. Select the bottom layer. Adjust> Softness> Soften More x 3.

Drop shadow bottom tube layer vertical 0, horizontal 0, opacity 75, blur 5, color black.

Merge the two big tube layers together.

Paste emoword. Image> Resize to 45%. Drag to top and position at the bottom of the white frame layer.

Paste flower1. Image> Resize to 90%. Position at top left.

Paste Spiked Collar. Drag behind emolicious paper layer. Position at bottom left.

Paste skull sucker pink. Image> Resize to 65%. Duplicate and merge together. Drag behind the wordart layer. Use pick tool to rotate slightly to the right. Position it behind the "u" and erase the stick that is to the left and bottom of the letter "u".

Drop shadow collar, sucker, and flower vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 35, blur 5, color black.

Paste heart1. Drag to bottom and position top right.

Drop shadow 2 rectangles same as other layers.

Merge visible.

Image> Canvas Size 585x585.

Recenter using pick tool.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Vrinda size 48 Bold color #25abb6.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 30 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow and change opacity to 100.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
