Font of choice. I used 2 Peas Heart's Delight.

Let's Get Started:

Open template.

Shift + D.

Close original.

Delete Blissfully Beth layer and the white background layer.

Paste paper12. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the rect frame bg layer. Select the rect frame bg layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete rect frame bg layer.

Paste paper3. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag above the gray circle layer. Select the gray circle layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste paper14. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag above the dotted circle layer. Select the dotted circle layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste paper15. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above the rect frame layer. Select the rect frame layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Merge horiz 1, 2, & 3 together.

Paste paper1. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the horiz 3 layer. Select the horiz 3 layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete horiz 3 layer.

Paste paper5. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above the black circle frame layer. Select the black circle frame layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete black circle frame layer.

Paste Brush and drag to bottom.

Paste tube. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag above rectangle paper layer and position. Select the rectangle paper layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Effects> Photo Effects> Sepia Toning> Amount to age- 10.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 75, Blur 5, Color Black.

Drop shadow rect frame same.

Merge rect frame, tube, and paper.

Reposition to the left slightly.

Paste close-up of tube. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag above circle frame paper. Image> Mirror. Position inside of the circle frame as desired. Select the circle paper layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Drop shadow tube changing opacity to 50%.

Drop shadow frame and horizontal bars too.

Paste Ribbon1. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above circle frame. Position at the bottom of the circle frame. Duplicate the ribbon. Drag above merged rectangle layer.  Use erase tool to remove the part over the bottom of the rectangle frame.

Drop shadow both ribbon layers lowering opacity to 25%.

Paste Arch. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag below circle paper. Position around it. Erase the bottom of the arch.

Paste kitten. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag to top layer and position at the bottom of the image.

Paste Leaves. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag below arch layer. Position top left behind the merged rect layer.

Paste flowers. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag behind kitten layer and position behind the kitten.

Paste Leaves1. Drag below 3 horizontal bar layer and position at the bottom.

Paste Stork. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag behind circle paper and position to the right of the circle.

Drag dotted circle layer below leaves1 layer.

Paste grass. Position as desired.

Paste Butterfly. Drag to top. Image> Resize to 15%. Position over left top of ribbon. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Position over the right bottom of the ribbon.

Paste Butterflies. Drag to bottom. Image> Mirror. Lower opacity to 60%.

Paste Bubble trail. Image> Resize to 90%. Drag above 3 horiz bars. Position over bottom bar.

Paste Flowers1. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above top ribbon layer. Position over right side of the rect frame.

Drop Shadow: lower opacity to 35, do not shadow top ribbon, rect frame, bottom ribbon, circle frame, tube, circle paper, 3 horiz bars, and 2 bottom layers.

Merge Visible.

Image> Canvas Size: 660 w by 650 h.

Recenter tag.

Image> Resize to 650 w by 640 h.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used 2 Peas Heart's Delight size 90 color #c178e4.

Drop Shadow changing opacity to 80.

Merge Visible.

Save as PNG.
