PlugIn: Xero- Porcelain & Radiance.

Font of choice. I used Yakap.

Let's Get Started:

Open template.

Hold shift key and press the letter d key.

Close original.

Delete CR Info layer.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 482 height.

Paste paper12. Drag above large circle layer. Image> Resize to 50%. Position over large circle layer. Select the large circle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the large circle layer.

Paste paper13. Drag above h strip layer. Image> Resize to 65%. Position over h strip layer. Select the h strip layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the h strip layer.

Paste paper4. Drag above black strip layer. Image> Resize to 50%. Select the black strip layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the black strip layer.

Paste paper15. Drag above vrectangle layer. Image> Resize to 65%. Select the vrectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the vrectangle layer.

Paste paper1. Drag above square layer. Image> Resize to 50%. Select the square layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the square layer.

Paste paper2. Drag above hrectangle layer. Image> Resize to 60%. Select the hrectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the hrectangle layer.

Paste paper3. Drag above teal strip layer. Image> Resize to 50%. Select the teal strip layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the teal strip layer.

Paste paper5. Drag above small circle layer. Image> Resize to 50%. Position over small circle layer. Select the small circle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the small circle layer.

Select the Crossed Lines layer.

Adjust> Color> Red/Green/Blue: Red -68, Green -25, Blue 100.

Repeat Color with small dotted and large dotted.

Paste 1st tube. Drag above vertical rectangle. Image> Resize to 90%. Image> Mirror. Position in the vertical rectangle as desired.

Effects> PlugIns> Xero: Radiance- Strength 128, Charm 50, Truth 128, Beauty 255.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 25, Blur 5, Color Black.

Select horizontal rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Change the tubes blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge with the horizontal paper.

Paste tube 2. Image> Mirror. Drag above large circle and position.

Effects> PlugIns> Xero: Porcelain- Softness 50, Strength & Brightness 128, Red & Green 0, Blue 255.

Shadow with same settings.

Select the large circle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Change the tubes blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge with the large circle paper.

Paste tube 3. Image> Resize 90%. Drag above square and position.

Effects> PlugIns> Xero: Porcelain- Softness 50, Strength & Brightness 128, Red & Green 0, Blue 255.

Shadow with same settings.

Select the square layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Change the tubes blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge with the square paper.

Paste tube 4. Drag above small circle and position.

Effects> PlugIns> Xero: Porcelain- Softness 50, Strength & Brightness 128, Red & Green 0, Blue 255.

Shadow with same settings.

Select the small circle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Change the tubes blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge with the small circle paper.

Paste RicRac1. Image> Resize to 90%. Drag above thin horizontal rectangle. Shadow with same settings and position inside of the horizontal rectangle.

Select the thin horizontal rectangle layer.  Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the ric rac layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste leaves2. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to bottom layer and position to the left of the large circle. Duplicate. Image> Flip.

Paste feather. Position behind the large horizontal rectangle.

Paste fabricflower1. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to top and position over the right center of the square and half over the horizontal rectangles (see my example tag).

Paste button3. Image> Resize to 40%. Position over the left side of the square.

Paste bead1. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to bottom and position to the right bottom of the vertical rectangle.

Paste frame 5. Image> Resize to 65%. Position to the right of the square.

Paste flower2. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above feather layer and position above the big circle.

Drop shadow all layers except the feather and ric rac changing opacity to 35.

Merge Visible.

Paste Sparkle1. Select the merged tag layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the sparkle layer and hit delete. Selections> Select None.

Lower Sparkle opacity to 50%.

Merge Down.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Yakap size 40 color black.

Drop shadow changing opacity to 75.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
