Font of choice. I used DorovarFLF-Carolus

Let's Get Started:

Open template in psp.

Hold the shift key and hit the leter D.

Close the original.

Delete the Made by layer.

Image> Resize to 479 width by 650 height.

Paste pp-09. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above rectangle layer. Select the rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete rectangle layer.

Paste pp-06. Drag above strip2. Select strip2. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete strip2 layer.

Paste pp-04. Image> Resize to 80%. Drag above strip1. Select strip1. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete strip1.

Paste pp-05. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above hearts layer and position over the hearts. Select the hearts layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete hearts layer.

Paste pp-11.  Image> Resize to 65%. Drag above squares layer. Select the squares layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the squares layer.

Select the circles layer. Adjust> Color> Channel Mixer> All 4 should be set at 200% with monochrome checked.

Adjust> Color> Red/Green/Blue> Red 7, Green -25, Blue 100.

Select starlines. Adjust> Hue & Saturation> Colorize:Hue 223, Saturation 255.

Paste tube of choice. Drag above square  and position in frame as desired. Select the paper behind the frame. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Effects> Photo Effects> Sepia Toning: Amount to age- 50

Change blend mode to screen.

Merge Down.

Paste tube again. Drag above large rectangle paper. Select the paper behind the tube. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Effects> Photo Effects> Sepia Toning: Amount to age- 25

Change blend mode to screen.

Paste ribbon01. Drag above the starlines layer. Image> Resize to 60%. Position over top left corner of the frame.

Paste print-02. Drag to bottom. Stretch height wise with pick tool to fit the canvas.

Paste wing-03. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag under the bow layer and position at the top right corner of the bottom frame.

Paste flower-04. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag above circles layer and position at the top of the large paper layer.

Paste feathers-01. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above bottom tube layer and position over tube. Lower opaicty to 60%.

Paste charm. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag under squares layer. Position to the right of the large paper layer. Rotate as desired with pick tool.

Paste button-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Position centered over the top of the two strips. Duplicate. Image> Flip. Reposition with pick tool as desired.

Paste butterfly. Image> Resize to 20%. Drag above starlines layer. Position to the bottom left of the middle frame. Duplicate. Image. Flip. Use pick tool to position to the top right of the middle frame.

Drop shadow all layers except: tubes, circles, and stars. Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 35, Blur 5, Color black.

Merge Visible.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used DorovarFLF-Carolus size 72, bold, color #df5393.

Image> Free Rotate: Left 90 degrees. Position over the left side of the strip.

Right click on the name and select Alighn Objects> Vert. Center In Canvas.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 10 monochrome checked.

Shadow changing opacity to 75%.

Merge Visible.

Save as PNG.
