PTU Kit Jacob by Cora's Creations available at Pimp My Tags W/Scraps.

Tube of choice. I used the sexy work of Micheal Landefeld available at Creative Design Outlet.

Font of choice. I used Voodoo Script.

Let's Get Started:

Open template in PSP.

Hold shift and press the letter "d".

Close the original template.

Delete Raster 1 and background.

Image> Resize to 650 x 650.

Hide the word art layer and pink splatter layer.

Paste pp-05. Image> Resize by 90%. Drag above Fill. Select the Fill layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the Fill layer.

Paste pp-02. Drag above Frame. Select the Frame layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the Frame layer.

Move the paper and frame closer to the bottom of the canvas that you are working in. I positioned mine at 400 height and kept it centered.

Paste tube of choice. Drag above the papper layer. Position in the frame as desired. Duplicate. Select the paper layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Drag the top tube layer above the frame. Use eraser tool to remove the bottom part of the tube over the frame.

Paste chicken wire. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag to bottom and center behind the frame.

Paste gear. Image> Resize to 60%. Drag behind the paper layer and center behind the frame.

Paste measuring-tape. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag behind gear. Position near bottom of paper.

Paste border. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above gear. Position at bottom of frame.

Unhide the pink splatter background layer.

Effects> Photo Effects> Sepia Toning: Amount to age 50.

Paste glitter.

Paste greens 04. Image> Resize to 80%. Drag to below gear layer and position to the right of the frame. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Use erase tool to remove part of both greens below the measuring tape.

Paste flower 02. Image> Resize by 50%. Drag above top green and position to the right. Duplicate. Image> Mirror.

Unhide the word art layer. Reposition at the bottom of the frame.

Adjust> Color> Channel Mixer> All settings 200, monochrome checked.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 100, Blur 3, color black.

Drop shadow all layers except last 2 layers and bottom tube layer changing the opacity to 50 and blur to 5.

Merge Visible.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Voodoo Script size 48 color #4c361c

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow changing the opacity to 75%.

Merge Visible.

Save as PNG.
