Lets get started:

Open a new 700x700 image (will refer to it as a canvas from time to time)

Paste My Frame to the canvas

Paste Paper 8, select frame layer and click inside both frames with magic wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 8. Selectons> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard.

Paste Tattoo2 Image> Resize 95% (make sure resize all layers is not selected) place at the bottom where the ends of it are both meeting the edges of the frame.

Paste Lips and resize 55% place at the left top of the frame, duplicate and mirror.

Paste Candle and drag layer behind paper layer. Erase the bottom of the candle that sticks out below the frame. Duplicate candle. Drag duplicate layer above frame. Erase the bottom part of the candle that is sticking over the frame.

Paste Flower and resize 50%. Place at the bottom left over the end of the tattoo. Duplicate Image> Mirror.

Paste Ribbon. Using your Pick tool rotate it approximately 45 degrees and drag behind bottom candle layer. Use your erase tool to remove the part that can be seen between the frames.

Paste Spider and resize 50%. Place it to where it sits over the bottom of the candle where the frames meet.

Paste Tube of choice and resize 90%. Drag layer to where it is under the frame. Place on left side Duplicate and Mirror.

With your wand select inside one side of the frame Expand by 8 with the steps used earlier and invert then select the tube layer and hit delete. Select none and repeat with the other side.

Duplicate each tube and change the duplicate tube blend modes to Soft Light. Then merge the original and duplicate together.

Shadow all layers Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow Vertical 2, Horizontal 1, Opacity 45, blur 3, color black.

Merge visible.

Image> Canvas Size 700x515 recenter with pick tool if it off centers.

Image> Resize 600x441

Add copyright

Add name with font of choice. I used !Lumberjack size 72 color #a30e1d

Effects> Plug Ins> Eye Candy 5> Impact> Gradient Glow Glow Type Outside, Glow Radius 5, Soften Corners 8, Overall Opacity 100, Distortion Amount 0, Distortion Lump Size 7, Gradient Smoothness 100, color black

Convert to raster and Shadow same settings as before except with a 2 blur.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG
