Tube of choice. I used VeryMany available at Pics For Design.

Font of choice I usedSucker Font.

Let's Get Started:

Open template.

Shift + D.

Close original.

Delete Frame 1 layer.

Image> Resize to 700 width by 584 height.

Paste pp6. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above bottom dots layer. Select the bottom dots layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the bottom dots layer.

Paste pp3. Drag above large white frame layer. Select the large white frame layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the large white frame layer.

Paste pp4. Drag above splatter brushes layer. Select the splatter brushes layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the splatter brushes layer.

Paste pp7. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above bottom frame layer. Select the bottom frame layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the bottom frame layer.

Merge small frame 1 and 2.

Paste pp9. Image> Resize to 85%. Select the small frame layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the small frame layer.

Select the bottom rectangle.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More x2.

Select the small rectangle layer.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Paste tube close-up. Drag above the top rectangle. Select the top rectangle. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Screen.

Duplicate tube layer twice. Merge all three layers with the top rectangle layer.

Paste full body tube. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to top layer and position to the left.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Paste splatter1. Drag to the bottom layer. Image> Resize to 90%.

Paste wordart1. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag behind the tube layer. Position at the top of the top rectangle.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste string1. Drag below the top rectangle. Offcenter to the bottom.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste bow6. Drag above the wordart layer. Image> Resize to 25%. Position at the top of the letter "k".

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste beads. Drag behind the bottom rectangle. Position to the left.

Drop shadow rectangle.

Merge visible.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 542 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Sucker Font size 48 color black.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
