Let's Get Started:

Open a new 700 by 700 image.

Paste frame 4. Image> Resize to 115.

Paste paper2. Image> Resize to 15%. Drag below the frame layer.

Select the frame layer. Click inside both frames with your wand tool. Selections> Modify> Expand by 10. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste the tube close-up. Position in the right frame.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Duplicate.

Image> Mirror. Position in the left frame. Merge the two tube layers together. Select the paper layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Paste flowers3. Image> Resize to 15%. Drag to top layer. Position at the bottom of the frame.

Paste flower2. Image> Resize to 10%. Drag behind flowers3. Position at the bottom center of the frames.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste flower. Image> Resize to 25%. Drag to the bottom. Positon to the top left of the frame. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Position to the top right of the frame.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste cupcake2. Image> Resize to 20%. Drag to top. Position at the bottom right of the frame.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste cupcake. Image> Resize to 10%. Drag under flower3 layer. Position to the bottom left of the frame.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste cup. Image> Resize to 8%. Position behind the cupcake on the left.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste choc. Image> Resize to 5%. Drag to the top layer. Position at the bottom of the cupcake on the right.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste chair. Image> Resize to 10%. Drag behind cupcake paper layer. Position behind them.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste bunnygift. Image> Resize to 15%. Drag behind the chair layer. Position to the left.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste kitten. Image> Resize to 15%. Drag above cup. Position to the right.

Drop shadow same settings.

Drop shadow the frame layer.

Merge visible.

Image> Canvas Size: 675 width by 450 height.

Image> Resize: 650 width by 433 height.

Add copyright.

Add name. I used Yummah Strawberriez size 72 bold #fd7fc3.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 15 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
