Mask 2 by Designs by Vaybs available on her blog.

Tube of choice. I used Misticheskaya from Pics For Design.

Font of choice. I used Xefora.

Let's Get Started:

Open a new 700 x 700 image.

Paste frame 1.

Paste close-up. Drag behind the frame. Position in the frame as desired. Select the frame layer. Cick inside all 4 sections of the frame. Selections> Modify> Expand by 11. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste pp9. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag under the tube layer. Select the frame layer. Cick inside all 4 sections of the frame. Selections> Modify> Expand by 11. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select the tube layer.

Change the opacity to Luminance.

Merge tube and paper layer together.

Select the frame layer.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Paste full body tube. Image> Resize to 60%. Position on the right.

Drop shadow full body same settings.

Paste ribbon charm. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag behind the tube layer. Position at the bottom of the frame.

Drop shadow ribbon charm same settings.

Paste lights. Drag above the close-up layer. Image> Resize to 85%. Change the blend mode to hard light. Lower opacity to 30%. Merge down.

Paste bench. Drag to top. Image> Resize to 50%. Position at the bottom left of the frame.

Drop shadow bench same settings.

Paste beads. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip. Drag to the bottom and position to the left.

Paste flowers1. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag above the frame layer. Position to the left behind the bow.

Drop shadow flowers same settings.

Paste clouds. Drag to the bottom. Position at the top of the frame.

Paste moon. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag to top. Position at the top right of the frame.

Paste jar. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag behind the tube layer. Position to the left of the tube.

Drop shadow jar same settings.

Drag bench behind the jar layer.

Paste unicorn. Image> Mirror. Image> Resize to 50%. Position to the left of the jar.

Drop shadow unicorn same settings.

Paste pp7. Image> Resize to 90%.

Open the mask in psp.

Select the tag you are working on.

Layers> New Mask Layer> From Image: find the mask name in the drop down. Deselect invert. Select luminance as source.

Merge visible.

Image> Resize to 650 x 650.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Xefora size 48 bold color #9a95b9.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 15 monochrome selected.

Drop shadow name with same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
