Let's Get Started:

Open a new 700 x 700 image.

Paste frame 4. Position off centered to the left.

Paste frame 3. Duplicate. Select the original frame 3 layer. Image> Free Rotate to the right 20 degrees. Position top right of frame 4. Select the duplicate frame. Image> Free Rotate to the left 20 degrees. Position at the bottom right of frame 4.

Paste tube. Duplicate. Hide duplicate. Select the visible tube layer. Image> Resize to 90%. Position in frame 4. Select frame 4. Click inside of frame 4 with your wand tool. Selections> Modify> Expand by 7. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Unhide duplicate. Drag under the bottom small frame. Image> Resize to 85%. Duplicate. Position as desired in the top frame (will be the bottom small frame layer). Select the top frame. Click inside of frame 4 with your wand tool. Selections> Modify> Expand by 7. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select the duplicate tube. Drag under the top small frame layer. Position in the bottom frame (will be the top layer). Select the bottom frame. Click inside of frame 4 with your wand tool. Selections> Modify> Expand by 7. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Drop shadow all 3 frames. Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Paste wordart2. Drag to the top layer. Image> Resize to 85%. Position at the bottom of the big frame. Erase the top feather with erase tool.

Paste ribbon2. Drag to the bottom layer. Position top right.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste musicandloveglitter. Position at the top of the bottom frame.

Paste apple. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag to top layer. Position to the right.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste chess pieces. Image> Mirror. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag behind the wordart layer. Position to the left bottom of the big frame.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Image> Canvas Size: 700 width by 510 height.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 474 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Twilight size 28 color #f7e9e4.

Image> Free Rotate 20 degrees Left.

Lower opacity to 75.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
