Open template in psp.

Shift + D.

Close the original.

Delete the credits and background layers.

Merge the 2 yellow layers together.

Merge the 2 blue layers together.

Merge the 2 pink layers together.

Paste pp12. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag to the top layer. Select the green rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the green rectangle.

Paste pp3. Image> Resize to 65%. Select the circle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the circle layer.

Paste pp5. Image> Resize to 105%. Drag above the blue rectangle layer. Select the blue rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the blue rectangle.

Paste pp6. Image> Resize to 105%. Drag above the pink rectangle layer. Select the pink rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the pink rectangle.

Paste pp7. Drag above the yellow rectangle layer. Select the yellow rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the yellow rectangle.

Select the top layer.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More x2.

Paste close up of tube. Position as desired. Select the top rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge down.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Select the circle layer.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer down.

Adjust> Softness> Soften.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer down.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the bottom layer.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More x 2.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste full body tube. Image> Resize to 65%. Drop shadow same settings. Drag to top layer. Position to the left.

Paste bow1. Drop shadow same settings. Drag behind the tube layer. Position behind the tube.

Paste button1. Image> Resize to 50%. Position at the bottom right. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste dots. Drag above the bottom layer. Position at the bottom.

Paste backdrop1. Drag above the bottom layer Position at the bottom. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip.

Paste backdrop2. Drag above the circle layer.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste backdrop4. Drag above the bottom rectangles.

Paste birdcage. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag behind the tube layer and position at the feet of the tube.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 563 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Vladimir Script size 72 bold color #ffd0ea.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 15 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
