Font of choice. I
used WEKNOW Windows.
Let's Get Started:
Open the template in
psp.
Shift + D.
Close the original
template.
Delete the © and
background layer.
Paste papers(9).
Image> Resize to 85%. Select the big rectangle layer. Selections> All.
Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the
paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.
Delete the big
rectangle layer.
Merge the 3 dotted
line layers together.
Paste papers(8).
Image> Resize to 85%. Select the dotted line layer. Selections> All.
Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the
paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.
Delete the dotted
line layer.
Paste papers(5).
Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above circle layer. Select the circle layer.
Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat.
Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key.
Selections> Select None.
Delete the circle
layer.
Paste papers(4).
Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above the grey rectangle. Select the grey
rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections>
Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key.
Selections> Select None.
Delete the grey
rectangle layer.
Paste papers(12).
Drag above small rectangle. Select the small rectangle layer. Selections>
All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert.
Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.
Delete the small
rectangle layer.
Paste papers(11).
Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the border grey rectangle layer. Select the
border grey rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float.
Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit
the delete key. Selections> Select None.
Delete the border
grey rectangle layer.
Paste papers(7). Drag
above border circle layer. Select the border circle layer. Selections> All.
Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the
paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.
Delete the border
circle layer.
Paste papers(6). Drag
above line grey rectangle layer. Select the line grey rectangle layer.
Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat.
Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key.
Selections> Select None.
Delete the line grey
rectangle layer.
Merge line 1 and 2.
Paste papers(2).
Select line 1 layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections>
Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key.
Selections> Select None.
Delete the line 1
layer.
Paste papers(13).
Drag above rectangle stripe. Select rectangle stripe. Selections> All.
Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the
paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.
Delete the rectangle
stripe layer.
Paste tube 1
close-up. Drag above circle paper layer. Image> Resize to 80%. Position in
the circle frame. Select the circle frame paper layer. Selections> All.
Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the
tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.
Change tube layer
blend mode to Luminance(L).
Select lines above
circle tube. Change the blend mode to Color(L).
Paste tube 2
close-up. Drag above bottom rectangle layer. Image> Resize to 80%. Position
to the right as desired. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Merge tube layers
together. Select the bottom rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections>
Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and
hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.
Change tube blend
mode to Luminance(L).
Paste tube 3.
Image> Resize to 80%. Drag above the top rectangle layer and position.
Select the top rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float.
Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit
the delete key. Selections> Select None.
Select the stripe
above the tube and change the blend mode to Color(L).
Merge each tube layer
with the paper below it.
Paste elements(30).
Drag below circle tube/paper layer. Position towards the bottom.
Paste elements(9).
Image> Resize to 65%. Drag to top. Position to the left above the end of the
ribbon.
Paste elements(69).
Drag below ribbon. Position to the right over strips.
Paste elements(8).
Image> Resize to 25%. Position over bottom left corner of rectangle frame.
Paste elements(70).
Image> Resize to 25%. Position top of circle frame slightly to the right.
Paste elements(50).
Image> Resize to 30%. Position top left corner of the rectangle frame.
Paste elements(67).
Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to the bottom. Position to the right. Duplicate.
Image> Mirror.
Paste elements(57).
Image> Resize to 65%. Drag above circle frame. Position at the bottom.
Paste elements(78).
Image> Resize to 75%. Drag to bottom. Position at the bottom. Duplicate.
Image> Mirror. Image> Flip.
Paste elements(74).
Image> Resize to 70%. Position to the right. Duplicate. Image> Mirror.
Image> Flip.
Paste elements(34).
Image> Resize to 40%. Drag to top. Position at the bottom center.
Paste elements(28).
Image> Resize to 25%. Position over the candles.
Drag the butterfly
layers above the greens.
Starting with the top
layer add Drop Shadow.
Effects> 3D
Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, blur 5, color
black. Except for the following layers: rectangle strip, tube/paper rectangle, circle
strip, circle tube/paper, big rectangle tube/paper, butterfly layers, and the
bottom two layers.
Merge Visible.
Image> Resize to
650 width by 357 height.
Add copyright.
Add name with font of
choice. I used WEKNOW Windows size 48 bold color #82a8bf.
Adjust> Add/Remove
Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20 monochrome checked.
Drop shadow changing
opacity to 75.
Merge Visible.
Save as PNG.
