Tube of choice. I used Akkasshaa available at Scraps & The City.

Font of choice. I used Yataghan.

Let's Get Started:

Open the template in psp.

Shift + D.

Close the original.

Delete the credit and Raster 1 layer.

Paste paper8. Image> Resize to 80%. Drag above small rounded rectangles (blue). Select small rounded rectangles (blue). Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete small rounded rectangles (blue).

Paste paper9. Image> Resize to 88%. Drag above small rounded rectangles (black). Select small rounded rectangles (black). Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste paper6. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag above rounded rectangle. Select rounded rectangle. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste paper16. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above squares. Select squares. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste paper2. Image> Resize to 60%. Drag above rectangles. Select rectangles. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste paper1. Image> Resize to 60%. Drag to top. Position over word art. Select word art 1. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste paper3. Image> Resize to 60%. Select word art 2. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete word art 2.

Select the bottom layer.

Adjust> Softness> Soften.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Select the next layer up.

Soften.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Adjust> Soften> Soften More x3.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Soften.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Soften More.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Soften.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Paste tube. Drop shadow same layer. Select the top circle. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge down.

Paste tube again. Drag above the pink rectangles layer. Position over the right rectangle. Duplicate. Merge together. Select the pink rectangles layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge down.

Paste tube again. Drag above the bottom circle. Position as desired. Select the bottom circle. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge down.

Paste ribbon3. Drag above big rounded rectangle. Position at the bottom of the rectangle.

Drop shadow with same settings.

Paste glitterbground2. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag to bottom.

Paste sparkles. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above pink rectangles Select the pink rectangles layer.Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the sparkles layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Change blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge down.

Paste glitterskullscatter. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above the big rounded rectangle. Select the big rounded rectangle. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the glitterskullscatter layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge down.

Paste shoes3. Drag to top. Image> Resize to 75%. Position at the bottom left.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste wine. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag behind the shoe layer. Position behind the shoe.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste whip2. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag behind wine layer. Position behind the wine and shoe.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste tickler1. Image> Free Rotate to the Right 15 degrees. Drag below big circle. Position to the top right.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste moon. Image> Resize to 50%. Position to the top left.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste bottle. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag below the whip layer. Position to the bottom right.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste belt. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag behind bottle layer. Position to the left of the bottle.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste candles. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag behind the belt layer. Position behind the bottle.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the word art layers and drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Image> Canvas Size: 710 width by 497 height.

Recenter with pick tool.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 455 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Yataghan size 36 bold color #b70f1b.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 25 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
