Let's Get Started:

Open template in psp.

Shift + D.

Close original.

Delete credit and background layer.

Merge heart 2 and heart 1 together.

Merge square 1, 2, 3, and 4 together.

Paste P06. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above circle 1. Select circle 1. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 monochrome checked.

Delete circle 1 layer.

Paste P05. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above circle 2. Select circle 2. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete circle 2 layer.

Paste P03. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above rectangle. Select rectangle. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 monochrome checked.

Delete rectangle layer.

Paste P20. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above corner lines. Select corner lines. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 monochrome checked.

Delete corner lines.

Paste P18. Image> Resize to 85%. Select heart 1. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete heart 1 layer.

Paste P10. Image> Resize to 85%. Select square 1. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete square 1 layer.

Paste P11. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above Diamond Circle Ring. Select Diamond Circle Ring. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete Diamond Circle Ring layer.

Paste tube 1. Drag over top circle layer. Position in the circle as desired. Select the top circle layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the tube blend mode to Luminance.

Merge down.

Paste tube 2. Drag above 4 square layer. Position in the right square. Select the 4 square layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None. Erase any part of the tube that is in the other squares.

Change the tubes blend mode to Luminance.

Merge down.

Paste tube 3. Image> Resize to 75%. Position in the second square from the right. Select the 4 square layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None. Erase any part of the tube that is in the other squares.

Change the tubes blend mode to Luminance.

Merge down.

Paste tube 4. Image> Resize to 75%. Position in the second square from the left. Select the 4 square layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None. Erase any part of the tube that is in the other squares.

Change the tubes blend mode to Luminance.

Merge down.

Paste tube 5. Position in the left square. Select the 4 square layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None. Erase any part of the tube that is in the other squares.

Change the tubes blend mode to Luminance.

Merge down.

Paste Glitter. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag to the bottom.

Paste Bow04. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag behind the hearts layer. Position at the bottom of the squares between the right two squares.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Paste Star Rain. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag beind the glitter rectangle layer. Position behind it.

Drop shadow the star rain.

Paste Heart Line 1. Image> Resize to 85%. Positon at the bottom of the rectangle. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip.

Paste Sticker Love Me. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to the top layer. Position over the bottom of the center star rain string.

Drop shadow sticker.

Paste Flower 13. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag behind the sticker layer and position to the right of the sticker. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Reposition on the left of the sticker.

Drop shadow both flower 13 layers.

Paste Flower 02. Image> Resize to 65%. Position behind the center of the sticker.

Drop shadow flower 02.

Paste Flower 09. Image> Resize to 65%. Position beind the center of the sticker. Drag below the bottom flower layer.

Drop shadow flower 09 layer.

Paste Candle. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag below the bottom flower layer and position in the center of the sticker.

Drop shadow candle.

Paste Butterfly 06. Image> Resize to 90%. Drag to top layer. Position over the right heart. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip. Reposition over the left heart as desired.

Drop shadow both Butterfly 06 layers.

Paste Branch. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag below the sticker layer. Position centered behind the sticker and erase the stem.

Drop shadow branch layer.

Drop shadow the hearts, and all 3 glitter layers.

Merge visible.

Image> Canvas Size: 580 x 580.

Recenter with pick tool.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Agatha size 72 bold color #fc9ac1.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
