Let's Get Started:

Open a new 700 x 700 image.

Paste as11. Image> Resize to 80%. Position closer to the bottom.

Paste paper02. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag under frame layer. Select the frame layer. Use wand to click inside all 4 frames. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste tube. Drag to top. Image> Resize to 60%. Position above the frame. Duplicate. Drag behind the paper layer. Select the top tube and erase the knees that are over the frame.

Drop shadow both tube layers and frame. Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Paste tube close-up. Duplicate. Hide one layer. Select the visible layer and drag behind the frame layer. Position as desired in the left frame. Select the frame layer and click inside the left frame with the wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 9. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select the hidden tube. Duplicate and unhide. Position in the second frame. Select the frame layer and click inside the second frame with the wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 9. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select the hidden tube. Duplicate and unhide. Position in the third frame. Select the frame layer and click inside the third frame with the wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 9. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Unhide the tube layer. Position in the fourth frame. Select the frame layer and click inside the fourth frame with the wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 9. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Merge all four of the tube layers together.

Paste as74. Position over the merged tubes. Select the paper layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the as74 layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Lower opacity to 65%.

Paste as75. Drag to the top layer. Position at the bottom of the frame.

Drop shadow same as frame.

Paste as65. Image> Resize to 85%. Image> Free Rotate to the left 25 degrees. Drag behind the dangerous layer and position.

Drop shadow with same settings.

Paste as37. Image> Resize to 35%. Position under dangerous.

Drop shadow with same settings.

Paste as68. Drag to bottom layer.

Paste as66. Image> Resize to 75%. Position to the left. Duplicate. Image> Mirror.

Paste as69. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to top. Position at the bottom left corner of the frame. Use Pick tool to rotate as desired.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste as02. Image> Resize to 25%. Drag behind the heart. Position behind the heart.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Image> Canvas Size 700 width by 630 height.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 585 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Arial size 48 bold color #f91e82.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 35 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
