3 tubes of choice (follow artist TOU when mixing). I used Arthur Crowe available at his store.

PlugIns: Xero-Porcelain.

Font of choice. I used Berlin Sans FB

Let's Get Started:

Open template in psp.

Shift + D.

Close original template.

Delete copyright and background layer.

Image> Resize to 650 x 650.

Paste pp-04. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the circle 1 layer. Select the circle 1 layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the circle 1 layer.

Paste pp-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the circle 2 layer. Select the circle 2 layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the circle 2 layer.

Paste pp-02. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the circle 3 layer. Select the circle 3 layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the circle 3 layer.

Paste pp-03.

Merge all 3 circle background layers. Drag pp-03 above circle 1 background layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the circle 1 background layer.

Paste pp-05. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above the circle 1 ring layer. Duplicate. Position over the bottom circle ring. Select the circle 1 ring layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 Monochrome checked.

Delete the circle 1 ring layer.

Drag duplicate above the circle 2 ring. Position over the top right circle ring. Duplicate. Select the circle 2 ring layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 Monochrome checked.

Delete the circle 2 ring layer.

Drag duplicate above the circle 3 ring. Position over the top left circle ring. Select the circle 3 ring layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 Monochrome checked.

Delete the circle 3 ring layer.

Paste 1st tube of choice. I used the tubes close-up. Drag above bottom circle paper layer. Image> Resize to 85%. Position in the bottom circle ring. Select the bottom circle ring. Click inside of the ring with wand tool. Selections> Modify: Expand by 3. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste 2nd tube of choice. Drag above middle circle paper layer. Image> Mirror. Position in the middle circle ring. Select the middle circle ring. Click inside of the ring with wand tool. Selections> Modify: Expand by 3. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste 2nd tube of choice. Drag above middle circle paper layer. Image> Mirror. Position in the middle circle ring. Select the middle circle ring. Click inside of the ring with wand tool. Selections> Modify: Expand by 3. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Paste 3rd tube of choice. Drag above top circle paper layer. Position in the top circle ring. Select the top circle ring. Click inside of the ring with wand tool. Selections> Modify: Expand by 3. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Select the bottom tube.

Effects> PlugIns> Xero- Porcelain: Softness 50, Strength 128, Brightness 128, Red 0, Green 0, Blue 255.

Duplicate. Change duplicate blend mode to Hard light. Merge down.

Repeat Porcelain and blend mode with the other two tube layers.

Paste stitching-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above mask layer. Center behind the three circles.

Paste glitter-01. Drag above mask layer.

Paste flower-02. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag to top layer. Position to the right between the two circles.

Paste flower-01. Image> Resize to 25%. Position to top left between two circles.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 45, Blur 5, color black except the tubes, mask, and bottom 3 layers.

Merge Visible layers.

Image> Canvas Size 615 width by 595 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Berlin Sans FB 48 color #37aca5.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 30, Monochrome checked.

Drop shadow changing opacity to 60%.

Merge Visible.

Save as PNG.
