Let's Get Started:

Open template in PSP.

Shift + D.

Close original.

Delete Raster 1 and background layer.

Paste pp-04. Image> Resize to 70%. Select layer 1. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete layer 1.

Paste pp-05. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above layer 2. Duplicate. Drag above layer 4. Duplicate drag above layer 6. Duplicate. Drag above layer 9.

Select layer 2. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select layer 4. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select layer 6. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select layer 9. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste pp-02. Image> Resize to 70%. Duplicate. Drag above layer 10. Duplicate. Drag above layer 5.

Select layer 10. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select layer 8. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste pp-01. Image> Resize to 70%. Select layer 7. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste pp-03. Image> Resize to 50%. Position above circle. Select layer 3. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste circle. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above circle and position above it.

Paste ribbon-03. Image> Resize to 55%. Drag above dotted line and position at the bottom of the frame.

Paste note-03. Image> Resize to 35%. Position at top left. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Position at the bottom left.

Paste note-02. Image> Resize to 35%. Position at top right. Duplicate. Position down and to the right of the original note-02.

Paste note-01. Image> Resize to 50%. Position to the left and behind the "SWEET" wordart.

Drag bow below music notes.

Paste ipod. Image> Resize to 50%. Position to the right of the "SWEET" wordart.

Drag dotted lines behind the ipod layer.

Merge all of the music notes together.

Paste first tube. Drag above paper behind the frame. Select the paper behind the frame layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Paste second tube. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag to top layer. Position towards the bottom right.

Select the "SWEET" layer.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20 monochrome checked.

Select the "thing" layer.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20 monochrome checked.

Select the dotted line layer.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 75 monochrome checked.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Drop shadow all layers except: tube behind frame, paper behind frame, and paper behind circles.

Merge visible.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Xefora size 55 bold color #d52e39.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20 monochrome checked.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 60, blur 5, color black.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
