Let's Get Started:

Open template in psp.

Shift + D.

Close Original.

Delete the "delete this layer" layer.

Paste pp-02. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above the frame background layer. Select the frame background layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the frame background layer.

Paste pp-01. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above the frame layer. Select the frame layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the frame layer.

Paste pp-03. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above the rectangle 2 layer. Select the rectangle 2 layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the rectangle 2 layer.

Paste pp-04. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above the rectangle 1 layer. Select the rectangle 1 layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the rectangle 1 layer.

Paste pp-05. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above the lg circle layer. Select the lg circle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the lg circle layer.

Paste tube of choice. Drag behind frame. Select the paper behind the frame layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste tube close-up layer. Drag above the bottom rectangle. Position to the left. Duplicate. Mirror. Merge Down. Select the bottom rectangle layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge tube layer with rectangle layer.

Select the top rectangle. Adjust> Softness> Soften More 3 times.

Select the circle layer. Adjust> Softness> Soften.

Select the tube/rectangle merged layer.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 40, blur 5, color black. Shadow all layers except the paper under the frame.

Paste print-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the top rectangle layer. Position at the bottom. Duplicate. Image> Flip. Merge Down. Select the top rectangle. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the rectangle layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change blend mode to Burn. Merge Down.

Paste ribbon-03. Drag to top. Image> Resize to 85%. Position at the bottom of the frame.

Paste print-02. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag to bottom. Position at the top. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip. Merge together.

Paste heart-01. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to top. Rotate with pick tool as desored. Position at the bottom left of the frame.

Paste flower-01. Image> Resize to 25%. Position top left of the bottom rectangle where it meets the top right rectangle. Duplicate. Image> Mirror.

Paste cherries. Image> Resize to 25%. Position at the bottom left.

Drop shadow top 5 layers with same settings as before.

Merge Visible.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Artesanias size 28 bold color black.

Drop shadow with same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
