Font of choice. I used 1610_Cancellaresca_lim.

Let's Get Started:

Open template in psp.

Shift + D.

Close the original template.

Delete the following layers: SD Link, SD PU, Scraps Deminsions, SD Tag, Background, and Raster 1.

Drag SD Raster 5 above Raster 6. Merge Down.

Paste pp7. Image> Resize to 75%. Select Raster 6. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete Raster 6.

Paste pp2. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above SD Raster 2. Position. Select SD Raster 2. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete SD Raster 2.

Paste pp11. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above SD Raster 3. Select SD Raster 3. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste pp4. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above SD Simple Word. Select SD Simple Word. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste pp6. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above SD Keep It Word. Select SD Keep It Word. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete SD Keep It Word.

Paste tube. Drag behind frame. Position in the frame. Select the paper behind the frame. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge Down.

Paste tube again. Image> Mirror. Drag over the next to the last layer. Position in the top right rectangle. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge Down.

Paste tube close-up. Image> Mirror. Drag below the circle layer. Position in the left rectangle. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge Down.

Paste sea floor 2. Image> Resize to 65%. Position behind the top tube layer.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Select the frame layer.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Select the circle layer.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More x 2.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Select the next layer down.

Adjust> Softness> Soften.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Select the next layer down.

Adjust> Softness> Soften.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Select the bottom layer.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More x 2.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Drop shadow both word art layers.

Paste bow1. Image> Resize to 75%. Drang under the "simple" wordart layer. Position over the frame.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Paste button2. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above the sea floor layer. Position at the top.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Paste message in a bottle. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above the ribbon layer and position at the bottom.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Paste pearls. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag to bottom layer. Position at the bottom.

Paste fish1. Image> Resize to 25%. Drag to top layer. Position at the bottom right. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Position at the middle left.

Drop shadow both fish same settings as before.

Paste bubbles. Image> Resize to 50%. Position at the bottom right.

Paste sea horse. Image> Resize to 25%. Position top right.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Paste sand. Drag to bottom layer and position at the bottom.

Paste waves1. Drag to bottom. Position top left.

Lower opacity to 75.

Paste waves2. Drag above the second tube layer. Lower opacity to 35.

Merge visible.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used 1610_Cancellaresca_lim size 72 color #a9cde1.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
