Tube of choice. I used the awesome work of Ismael Rac available in his store.

Font of choice. I used Waters Gothic Deux.

Let's Get Started:

Open a new 700 x 700 image.

Paste frame 4. Image> Flip.

Paste paper1. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag below frame. Select the frame layer. Click inside frames with wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste tube close-up. Position in the top frame.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Duplicate the tube and hide one layer. Select the frame. Click inside of the top frame with your wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Unhide tube. Position in the middle frame. Duplicate. Hide one layer. Click inside of the middle frame with your wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Unhide tube layer. Position in the bottom frame. Click inside of the bottom frame with your wand. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode of all 3 tube layers to Luminance.

Merge all 3 tube layers with the paper.

Select the frame layer and add drop shadow with same settings as tube.

Paste full body tube. Position to the right.

Drop shadow with same settings.

Paste mask. Image> Resize to 110%. Drag to bottom and position behind the frame.

Paste sparkles. Drag behind the frame. Select the paper layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Deflaot. Selections> Invert. Select the sparkle layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard.

Lower opacity to 50%. Change the blend mode to Luminance (L).

Paste treasurechest. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag behind the full body tube layer. Position at the feet of the tube.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste coins1. Image> Resize to 25%. Position over left of the chest.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste lock. Image> Resize to 15%. Position to the right of the coins.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste dust. Drag above mask. Position to the left. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip. Erase the part above the frame on the duplicate layer.

Paste string. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above frame. Position to over middle frame top left corner.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste ribbon. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag under string. Position behind the string.

Drop shadow same settings

Paste starglittertrail. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above frame. Position at the bottom of the frame.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste gold. Image> Resize to 25%. Position behind the coins.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste barrel. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag behind the chest. Position to the right of the chest.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste coins. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag behind the paper layer and position behind coins.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste candles. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag above chest. Position to the left of the chest.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Image> Resize to 650 x 650.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Waters Gothic Deux size 72 bold color white.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 40 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
