Tube of choice. I used 3 tubes by Ellie Milk (do not mix tubes without reading the artists TOU) available at Pics For Design.

Font of choice. I used BigMasterC.

Let's Get Started:

Open template in psp.

Shift + D.

Close original.

Delete the copyright and background layer.

Merge small circle layers together.

Merge frame background layers together.

Merge frame layers together.

Merge heart layers together.

Paste pp-04. Select the Elipse layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the Elipse layer.

Paste pp-03. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag above the rectangle layer. Select the rectangle layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the rectangle layer.

Paste pp-05. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the frame 1 layer. Select the frame 1 layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the frame 1 layer.

Paste pp-02. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the dotted squiggle layer. Select the dotted squiggle layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the dotted squiggle layer.

Paste pp-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above the frame background layer. Duplicate. Select the frame background layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the frame background layer.

Drag duplicate above the dotted rectangle layer. Select the dotted rectangle layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the dotted rectangle layer.

Paste ribbon-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag to bottom.

Paste flower-03. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag behind the rectangle layer. Position at the top right. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Duplicate> Image> Flip. Duplicate. Image> Mirror.

Paste heart-02. Image> Resize to 25%. Drag to top layer. Position over the bottom left corner of the top frame. Duplicate. Position in the bottom left corner of the right frame. Duplicate. Position at the bottom left corner of the left frame.

Paste glitter-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag to bottom and position at the top left. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip.

Paste glitter-02.

Paste tube #1. Drag behind the frame layer. Position in the left frame. Select the left frame back paper. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste tube #2. Position in center frame. Select the center frame back paper. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste tube #3. Position in the right frame. Select the right frame back paper. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: Vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 40, blur 5, color black. Except: pitter patter, tube, paper behind the frames, and bottom 3 layers.

Merge visible.

Image> Canvas Size 600 width by 530 height.

Recenter with pick tool.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used BigMasterC size 48 Bold color #d94db1.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow changing opacity to 100.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
