Let's Get Started:

Open template in psp.

Shift + D.

Close the original.

Delete Raster 1 and Raster 8.

Paste pp-08. Image> Resize to 70%. Drag abov the white fill squares. Select white fill squares. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the white fill squares.

Paste pp-09. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above purple rectangle. Select the purple rectangle. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the purple rectangle.

Drag the bottom left orange rectangle over the top right orange rectangle and merge down.

Paste pp-07. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above top right orange rectangle. Select the top right orange rectangle. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the top right orange rectangle.

Select the bottom right star layer and merge down.

Paste pp-11. Image> Resize to 75%. Select the top left star. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the top left star rectangle.

Merge both glitter splatter layers together.

Merge bottom left wordart with the top right wordart.

Merge right wicked wordart with left wicked wordart.

Merge top white line and bottom right line.

Select the top layer. Effects> 3D Effects> Drop shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black. Drop shadow layers 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 also.

Paste tube 1. Drag above the 3 squares layer. Position in the left square. Drop shadow. Select the 3 squares layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Use erase tool to remove any portion of the tube that is left in another square.

Change blend mode to Luminance (L).

Paste tube 2. Position in the right square. Drop shadow. Select the 3 squares layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Use erase tool to remove any portion of the tube that is left in another square.

Change blend mode to Luminance (L).

Paste tube 3. Position in the middle square. Drop shadow. Select the 3 squares layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Use erase tool to remove any portion of the tube that is left in another square.

Change blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge all 3 tube layers with the 3 squares paper layer.

Paste tube 4. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag to top. Position at the bottom right.

Drop shadow the tube.

Paste candles. Drag above the circle layer. Position at the top right.

Drop shadow with same settings.

Paste bat-moon. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag to the top. Position at the top left.

Paste bat-03. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above the big rectangle. Position at the bottom of the big rectangle.

Drop shadow with same settings.

Paste clouds-01. Drag behind bats.

Paste cauldron. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag behind the top tube layer. Position at the right bottom behind the tube.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste cat. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag to the top. Position in front of the moon.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste tree. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag behind the candle layer. Position top right behind the candle.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste ribbon-02. Drag above the circle layer. Position at the bottom of the rectangle.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 557 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used !Jamiroquai! size 24 bold color #8faa3c.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 30 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
