Tubes of choice. I used 4 tubes by Dark Yarrow available at Dreamscape Imaging.

Fonts of choice I used Agatha and Yold Anglican.

　

Let's Get Started:

Open template in PSP.

Shift + D.

Close original.

Delete cr and Raster 1 layer.

Image> Resize to 650 x 650.

Paste pp-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Duplicate. Drag above layer 4. Select layer 1. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select layer 4. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste pp-04. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above layer 5. Duplicate. Drag above layer 6. Select layer 6. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select layer 5. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste pp-05. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above layer 2. Select layer 2. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste pp-03. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above layer 3. Select layer 3. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Paste print-01. Image> Resize to 65%. Drag to bottom and position to the left.

Paste frame-02. Image> Resize to 90%. Position to where the open area is viewable at the bottom of the big rectangle. Duplicate. Drag above big rectangle. Use the Erase tool to remove the left part of the heart over the rectangle.

Paste tube 1. Drag over Raster 4 and position. Select the Raster 4 layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change Blend mode to Luminance (L).

Merge tube down to paper.

Paste tube 2. Drag behind bottom heart layer. The tube doesn't have to fit inside the entire heart. It just needs to fill the visible area. Select the bottom heart layer. Use wand tool and click inside of the heart. Selections> Modify> Expand by 5. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard.

Paste tube 3. Drag above top circle layer. Position as desired in the circle. Select the top circle layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change blend mode to Hard Light.

Merge tube layer with paper layer.

Paste tube 4. Image> Resize to 70%. Position to the left.

The 4th tube that I used had an extra layer with just feathers on it. I used them and placed them on the top right. If your tube does not have an extra layer don't worry about it just skip this step.

Paste heart-01. Image> Resize to 50%. Position at the bottom right.

Paste heart-02. Image> Resize to 35%. Position over first heart.

Paste ribbon-02. Position over top left of the heart.

Select the top circle. Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Select the rectangle. Adjust> Softness> Soften.

Select the middle circle. Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Select the bottom circle. Adjust> Softness> Soften.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black. Except the top heart frame and the bottom layer.

Select the thin rectangle layer. Pick a font: I used Agatha size 72 bold color white.

Change blend mode to Soft Light.

Lower Opacity to 75%.

Merge down.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Yold Anglican size 32 bold color white. Change blend mode to Soft Light.

Drop shadow change opacity to 100.

Use Pick tool to rotate slightly and position over the paper in the heart.

Merge Visible.

Save as PNG.
