Tube of choice. I used Ellie Milk available at Pics For Design.

Font of choice. I used Akashi MF.

Let's Get Started:

Open template in psp.

Shift + D.

Close original.

Delete the top 5 layers and the bottom layer.

Paste pp-02. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above gray oval frame layer. Select the gray oval frame layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 65 Monochrome checked.

Delete gray oval frame layer.

Paste pp-01. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above black oval layer. Select the black oval layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete black oval layer.

Paste pp-03. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above black stic 2 layer. Duplicate. Drag duplicate above black stic layer. Select the black stic 2 layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the black stic 2 layers.

Select the black stic layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the black stic layers.

Paste pp-06. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above pink stic 2 layer. Duplicate. Drag duplicate above pink stic layer. Select the pink stic 2 layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the pink stic 2 layers.

Select the pink stic layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the pink stic layers.

Paste pp-05. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag above pink heart layer. Select the pink heart layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the pink heart layer.

Select the circles layer. Adjust> Hue & Saturation> Colorize: Hue 194, Saturation 86.

Repeat colorization with both lips and the top "K" layer.

Select xoxo layer. Change blend mode to Luminane (L).

Paste flower-04. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above top stick layer. Position at the bottom left. Duplicate. Drag under original layer. Position next to the other flower.

 Paste flower-03. Image> Resize to 50%. Image> Mirror. Drag under other flower layers. Position behind the flowers and erase the bottom.

Paste flower-02. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag to top layer. Center over flowers.

Paste ribbon-01. Image> Resize to 75%. Drag above circles and position to the bottom right.

Paste leaf-01. Image> resize to 50%. Position to left of flowers.

Merge lips layers together.

Delete the wordart bk and k bg layers.

Merge K and wordart together.

Select the lips layer and rotate slightly with pick tool to the left.

Merge white heart bk with the paper above it. Drag above stic layers.

Select top stick. Effects> 3D Effects> Drop shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black. Repeat with other 3 stic layers.

Merge together.

Drop shadow wordart. Merge with heart. Drag above stic layers and merge down.

Move merged layers down slightly.

Paste tube of choice. Image> Mirror. Drag above oval paper. Duplicate. Drag above frame layer. Select the oval paper layer. Selections> Select All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the bottom tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Select the top tube layer. Use the erase tool to remove the bottom portion of the tube that is below the frame and to the left.

Select lips. Image> Resize to 75%.

Drop shadow elements with the same settings.

Merge visible.

Image> Canvas Size 685 width by 525 height.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 498 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used Akashi MF size 48 color #a66b8b.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 30 Monochrome.

Effects> PlugIns> Drop Shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 2, color black.

Merge Visible.

Save as PNG.
