Tube of choice. I used a tube by Ismael Rac available in his store.

Let's Get Started:

Open template in psps.

Shift + D.

Close the original.

Delete Raster 11 and background layer.

Paste pp9. Drag to the top layer. Select the stars layer. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the stars layer.

Paste pp8. Drag above the blue thin rectangles. Select the blue thin rectangles. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the blue thin rectangles layer.

Paste pp7. Drag above the blue rectangles. Select the blue rectangles. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the blue rectangles layer.

Paste pp12. Drag above the purple rectangles. Select the purple rectangles. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the purple rectangles layer.

Paste pp10. Image> Resize to 50%. Drag above the black rectangles. Position over the left rectangle. Duplicate and position over the right rectangle. Select the black rectangles. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select one paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Then select the other paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections> Select None.

Delete the black rectangles layer.

Paste pp5. Drag above the frame fill. Select the frame fill. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the frame fill layer.

Paste pp6. Image> Resize to 110%.  Drag above the pink rectangles. Select the pink rectangles. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the paper layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Delete the pink rectangles layer.

Select the stars layer.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop shadow: vertical 2, horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 5, color black.

Select frames layer and drop shadow same settings.

Select the bottom layer.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More. x 2

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up. 

Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 100 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Drop shadow same settings.

Select the next layer up.

Adjust> Softness> Soften More.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste tube of choice. Drag behind the frames layer. Position in the right frame. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Select the paper behind the tube layers. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the tube layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste sparkles1. Select the paper behind the frames again. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the sparkles layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to Luminance (L). Lower opacity to 65%.

Paste ribbon1. Drag behind the paper behind the frames. Position at the bottom.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste swirl4. Drag to bottom. Position at the bottom right. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip.

Paste stars. Drag behind the ribbon layer.

Drop shadow same settings.

Paste light2. Image> Resize to 85%. Drag behind the frame layer. Select the paper behind the frame. Selections> All. Selections> Float. Selections> Defloat. Selections> Invert. Select the light layer. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Change the blend mode to multiply. Lower opacity to 40%.

Paste light1. Image> Resize to 98%. Drag to bottom.

Paste flower11. Image> Resize to 35%. Drag behind the second rounded rectangle layer. Position to the left over the 3rd rectangle. Duplicate. Image> Mirror. Image> Flip.

Drop shadow both flower11 layers.

Paste butterfly4. Drag behind the stars layer.

Paste butterfly2. Drag to top.

Drop shadow same settings.

Merge visible.

Image> Resize to 650 width by 402 height.

Add copyright.

Add name with font of choice. I used 2 peas Hearts Delight color #4fc8e0. For the size I made the first leftter 150 and the rest of the name 100 Bold.

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise: Gaussian 20 monochrome checked.

Drop shadow same settings as before.

Merge visible.

Save as PNG.
